Yikes!! As good as the Pats looked in their first two preseason games, they look like doo-doo tonight!!

Do you remember the last time the Pats went to Detroit and got spanked in the preseason?

Yes....Also week 3 of the preseason- 2011........that season ended with a SB berth

Moral of the story .... don't worry about what the team looks like in the Pre Season ...
Also, iirc, the Lions were 4-0 in the Pre Season the year they went Defeated.

Cam Newton,RG III,Russell Wilson,Colin Kaepernick,& now maybe Terrelle Pryor, the future of NFL QB's looks very exciting. If Vince Young had not imploded & self destructed so badly earlier in his career, maybe he would have been on this list too. If VY gets cut by the Packers,I'd imagine that it would be because the Packers don't trust that he has matured & that history wouldn't repeat itself with him,not so much because of lack of skills. I wanted to mention "He Who Shall Not Be Named," but even I have to admit that he can't throw & his running is so one dimensional(up the middle like a fullback).....well,nevermind.

Vince young is so far ahead for the number 2 spot in GB.Doubt he gets cut.

Man,I am so glad the Eagles didn't stick with Kolb.He was a hangnail away from being out of the NFL,looks like he finally broke it.

I got ripped back when I called Kolb and Sanchez overrated. Looking pretty good right now :p

Don't forget Andrew Luck and Vince Young isn't so young anymore. If we're including him might as well throw Matt Ryan, Matt Stafford, and Joe Flacco on that list. His rookie year was before all of theirs and they are all much better than him.

Rating the divisions:

1. NFC North- no bad teams here
2. AFC North- same as NFC North, bit IMO the bottom of the NFCN is a little better than Cleveland
3. NFC West- two SB contenders, a playoff contender (Rams) and another team that's improving (Cards)
4. NFC South- probably better than the NFCW at the bottom (I like the combo of TB and CAR more than STL and AZ), but SF/SEA over ATL/NO more than offsets that
5. NFC East- probably the most competitive division top to bottom, but there's no great teams here
6. AFC South- only because someone had to be #6
7. AFC West- stays out of the basement because Denver is a legit SB threat and KC is better than any AFC East team not playing in Foxboro
8. AFC East- UGLY!!!

The Bengals this year will be better than last year.
The Redskins will be better due to them getting Fred Davis back from injury as long as he has fully recovered from Achilles surgery.
