I talked to some Eagles fans around here today and they seemed to be resigned to the fact that they're going nowhere with Reid and Vick.

I didn't watch much of other games, but in the 49ers/Packers game there were some bad calls, and non calls. And late flags on obvious calls. Picked up a clear hit in the back on Randall Cobb's Punt Return TD.

Some false starts not called on SF, and PIs on both.

Yeah. The officiating was pretty bad in that game. The only bright side is that there were blown calls against each team so I think it ended up as pretty much a wash when all was said and done.

Even with the regular refs there's always some issues. I think overall what we saw today isn't enough to alarm the league on getting a deal done. Just now I saw another call missed in the Denver game. Still not the doom and gloom so many predicted we'd see.

Fred Jackson got hurt, we gave up 48 points, and gave ESPN fuel for the fire to talk more about the Jets.

In short, a deflating day for this Bills fan.

I disagree. I think that offensive line needs to be updated. I had a Eagles fan(my best man in my wedding ;-)..) and said that though he isn't a huge Vick fan..the offensive line has been sort of Swiss cheese and thinks a better line might have saved Vick from some of his injuries.

Let me rephrase that...he convinced me.. ;-)

Personally... I think them scoring all those points was a fluke. But you never know...

McCoy lead the the league in rushing last year. The offensive line is fine. Vick just isn't very good. Usually when he gets hurt its down the field, not from the pocket. He can't read defenses if his first read isn't there he takes off.

Tom Brady became the fastest QB in NFL history to reach 125 wins (125-35). Including the postseason, he is now 100 games over .500 (141-41).

Also, Brady passed John Elway, and is now #5 on the all-time TD passes list (301).

And if he wasn't that good. Teams would not plan defenses to stop him and let him shoot himself in the foot.

Look...YOU may not like him or his style...but every single defensive coordinator in the league is petrified if what he brings to a game.

Agreed...;-) can't check "liked" from my phone.

Every coordinator game plans for the QB they are facing that week.

Who's petrified? They went 8-8 last year and he threw 4 picks today. That's scary. :rolleyes

Let me know when "his" style wins in the NFL.

It takes s TEAM to win SBs...not just QBs. But we will agree to disagree.

G.O.A.T.

Steelers will regret bitching about challenging the call. The kraftiness of Manning.

Denver fans bitching about the play going off before the replay was wasted energy.
