What a performance by RGIII :)

Yeah he looked real good today. Washington looked pretty good overall. Now let's see if it's consistent.

Also the replacement officials looked ok to me. doesn't help the real refs and getting a deal done quickly with the nfl.

Damn David Akers for 49ers just hit 63 Yard Field Goal at half with help of crossbar and right bounce  :D :)
That was one of those "butterfly wing effect" kicks. Slightly more head wind (or less tail wind), one quarter more or less rotation of the ball, a millimeter less elevation, etc., and that ball wouldn't have made if through. I'm glad I caught if live!

I LOVE the new look Patriots defense. Also, The running game led by Stevan Ridley, and a good debut by Brandon Lloyd are encouraging signs.

Pats looked really good today.

Chris Johnson 11 Car. 4 yds.

All 3 defensive rookies played well. Jones was in the backfield all day, Hightower was great in space and Wilson had a pick.

Nice. And typical. Already making excuses before the game. If the steelers lose, not their fault, if they won it's
Because the broncos are not good.....

Where did I say that ?

Reality guy, Steelers starting without 3 mainstays on the team, not to mention the O line that drafted 2 guys and neither of them will play either .... gonna be O line merry go round again this year.
They tried to shore up thier O line thru the draft but both are either injured or out for the season already.

Damn Rams or Lambs beating the Lions 23-20 with 1:55 left :D I bet Rams will blow it :D :)

Browns 16 Eagles 10

Good win for the Lions today. How did the Rams not stop the final TD, I'll never know. Whoever scored the TD for the Lions to win the game was wide open. Browns should have won that game. The Eagles gave them the game. Weeden looked awful today. He had a chance to redeem himself by driving his team at the end of the game but he threw an INT.

RGIII looked awesome today. He can run, move out of the pocket and has a rocket for an arm. The Giants, yes the Giants are in last place in the NFC East.

greenbay getting that one loss out of the way early this season ;)

Sorry Browns fans, but .... they just mentioned that Weedon's QB rating today was a 5 ...

What happened to the fourth rookie (Bequette)?

Towards the end of the game, Phil Simms was saying the Pats could possibly have the NFL's best front 7 by the end of the season. That would be scary!!

First issue today with the refs I see and that's in the seattle game. there's some confusion if Seattle had any timeouts left or not. Lmao.

It was RB Kevin Smith who made the winning TD. I guess the Rams didn't expect Stafford to throw it to him since, well, he's suppose to be a RB, not a WR.

I didn't watch much of other games, but in the 49ers/Packers game there were some bad calls, and non calls. And late flags on obvious calls. Picked up a clear hit in the back on Randall Cobb's Punt Return TD.

Some false starts not called on SF, and PIs on both.

To me..the replacement refs main issues have been late in throwing the flags. As if scared to make the call. For the most part, they have been correct in the penalties they have called. No different than rookie refs. You have start somewhere.
