The Rams won and may have a chance to be over 500 next week but I doubt it playing at Seattle next week but you never know :D :) Steelers lost :( Congratulations to the Bengals making the playoffs who have been laughing stock off the NFL for years :)

Bengals and Colts in, Steelers eliminated. All that is left to be determined in the AFC is the seeding I think.

Great season for the colts!

Washington squeaks by the Eagles. Big showdown next week between the Redskins and Cowboys as it looks like Dallas is in the midst of making a big comeback win this afternoon.

mestevo the playoff teams are set the seeding s still to be determined :) satjay Yes great season for the Colts after all they went through with the coach and everyting else and Ciongratulatiosn Colts and wouldn't it be something if Broncos would play Colts in Playoffs in Colts can get to that part :) Yes the Saints beat the Cowgirls(Cowboys) and hopefully knocked them out of the playoffs with Giants win He** yeah :D :)

Good news/Bad news today for the Patriots.

Good news: the Texans loss keeps the Pats hopes alive for a first round bye.

Bad news: the Colts clinched a playoff berth today, and will probably now treat next week's game against the Texans as a bye week (and who could blame them).

The NFC playoff picture is even more confusing then it was at the start of the day. Basically it's 6 teams (NYG, WAS, DAL, SEA, MIN, CHI) battling for 3 spots.

Ravens ahead of the Giants 14-7 in the first. A win will give Baltimore the AFC North title. If the Ravens lose, the winner of next week's Ravens-Bengals game will win the North.

The Bengals made the playoffs a few years ago ... (laughing stock ? hardly, they have been getting better ever since Dalton was drafted.)

I haven't looked at what has happened in the Playoff scramble yet today, but isn't the there 2 Byes, top two in each league, wouldn't the Pats have that regardless ?

Right now in AFC Texans and Broncos would get bye week today and if they both win next week they both would get bye week :)

Oh, OK, thats right, I forgot about the Bronco's (My bad).

I have a feeling it's gonna come down to the Pats and Bronco's in the AFC.

I think the winner will win it all... ( I hope).

Four of the above control their own destiny. The only two that don't are the Bears and Giants......and they both need a LOT of help!!

What a pummeling the Ravens gave the Giants this evening. Baltimore looks good heading into the playoffs. Still, I cannot believe the Giants aren't eliminated.

Really ?

They may have looked good today, but overall they are not playing all that well, losing 3 in a row till today ...

Interesting how one game changes a teams perspective ....

Lions lose again adding to there lost season. Congrats to Calvin Johnson, it's unfortunate that your career is mirroring Barry sanders in regard to team success, though the teams sanders was on made the playoffs more.

Jim Schwartz is not going anywhere but he needs to make some changes with his assistants and draft for need, stop this draft of best player available, your not on the door steps of the Super Bowl

The William Clay Ford family must be licking their chops yet again having the likes of Sanders and Johnson putting fannies in the seats, while continuing to offer a less-than-mediocre product for almost 50-years. Ugh!

Its almost like the Lions have to fail for anything to get done. To be fair, the Lions should be a little bit better than there record is. They should have beat Houston on Turkey Day and should have beaten the Colts the following week.

As of now the AFC is all set with the exception of the seeding. The NFC still has a ways to go because its crazy at least in the NFC East as far as what happens there.

How about the fact that the Bengals, a rival of the Steelers, beat the Steelers on there own turf. Not only that but eliminate them from the playoffs. Wow.

I don't think "David Tyree" or "Mario Manningham" are walking through that door this year, but you never know with that team.

What else can I say? The Giants flat out got beat. They couldnt stop the Ravens on 3rd down and made a ton of penalites. Eli's offensive line didnt protect him at all today. He was getting blitzed all game. Worried? Yes but as much. I do have a question. If the Giants win next week, do they get the playoffs?
