Very unlikely, but possible scenario: the Colts win the AFC South

If the Texans lose to the Patriots tomorrow night, then the Colts control their own destiny when it comes to the division. The Colts and Texans play each othe twice in the last three weeks (very strange schedule).

As it is, I think the Colts punched their ticket for the postseason with the results of today's games.

Schedule much like the Steelers and Ravens playing 2 weeks apart.

I'll be rooting for Indy and Luck if the Steelers don't make it, really liking the kid !

They would still be the #6 seed even if ravens won.

But dropping fast, Indy is right there and Cincy is as well.
Two of these will make it in, while one won't.

Pittsburgh was on a real good roll before Ben got hurt, hopefully they can shake this game off and get it going next week.

I think they are running the ball toooo much. Of course that Haleys MO and his desire to run the ball is gonna kill them .

Running in Pittsburgh is Great as long as they RUN the damn ball and not fumble ....
Haley has been too inconsistent, when Ben gets the Hurry Up going they can't be stopped, but Haley won't let them run it ... why, because he's bullheaded ...

Indy has been and still is in there as the #5 seed.

Heisman doesn't mean squat in the NFL, but the fact he plays in Seattle does....................

I agree with you, winning the Heisman doesn't maen anything in the Pros, but the Media keep hyping the Heisman winner qb's and Russels not ... Look at the talk about RG3 and Cam Newton the last few years.

I dont know but I think Whizenhunt gets fired. They look pathetic. They have no offense or defense. You wonder if Ken wants to get fired or if theres a mutiny on the team. Larry Fitzgerald and Patrick Peterson deserve better. You know its bad when you have to put in Ryan Lindley to try to put points on the board.

Actually, just like the rest of the NFC West, they are pretty good defensively. Don't let the 58 points they allowed today fool you, the Cards offense turned the ball over 8 times. Offense is the problem in the Valley of the Sun.

Indy has two left with Houston and 1 with KC, if they split with Houston and take care of KC, they Steelers can't catch them.
Steelers have Cowboys, Cincy and the Browns, they NEED to win out, the Cincy game will be for the Playoff seed.
Cincy has Philly, Pittsburgh and Baltimore yet.

With Baltimore all but winning the Division (this is where the loss today really hurts.) however they do have a tough schedule to go ...
Denver, Giants and Cincy.

Should be interesting down the stretch.

but it's fluid.
Had the Steelers won, they would have at least kept pace with them.
As it stands, they are now 2 games back.

oh, I agree. you were the one saying the Steelers season was going to end today. (but it didn't, win or lose).................and right now they are still in it.

With the loss, they have lost 2 of 3 ... fortunately Ben is back and Troy has played the last few games.

It will be interesting thats for sure.

Till THIS loss, I was looking at ways to Win the Division with the Ravens having thier toughest part of the schedule in the last half of the year.

It's always entertaining to see how they do it each week ...

To me, that got old...in 1985. It's back to the rebuidling blocks, yet again. This team will continue to lose until: 1) someone buys 'em or 2) Detroiters stop supporting them. Unfortunately they still manage to fill the stands, fans still watch television broadcasts and they buy Lions branded chachkis.
