NFL 2009-10 Season

Panthers beat the Saints 23-10. Nice way to finish off the season for Carolina. :up Win 4 of last 5 to finish at .500. It helps when you've got a QB that's not playing for the other team. And next year we're due. :D

OTOH have you ever seen a team with home field advantage in the playoffs end the season worse than NO? A 3 game losing streak after starting 13-0? Seriously? That can't be good. Remember the top 2 teams entering the playoffs haven't both made the SB since 1993.

And the game they lost was a very tough game in Foxboro.

Kudos to another team that didn't pack it in! :up

Brady out and Ben hurt.
Ben's arm is hanging and he's still in there gutting it out and driving :)

I HOPE I'm misinterpreting this!??

Ben's arm is dragging , but he still made several key passes to drive down the field.
The running game also picked it up, they kicked a FG to go up by 6 under a minute.

Picked off ....
Steeeler's win

Updated AFC Playoff Picture:

Baltimore: win and they're in

Jets: win and they're in

Denver: win AND EITHER Baltimore OR Jets lose

Houston: Two of Baltimore, Denver OR Jets lose

Pittsburgh: Baltimore, Denver and Jets ALL lose

One matchup is SET for Wildcard Weekend:

Green Bay at Arizona..................I wonder if the Packers will stay out in the Phoenix area??

The other NFC Wildcard game will be EITHER Philly at Dallas (another rematch from today) OR Dallas at Minnesota.

I think Pittsburgh is definatly out, Denver is running what ever they want for yardage and the Chefs have no D* to stop it.

fwiw, the Chefs are up 7-0 at the moment.

NCAA proposes tough taunting, concussion rules
