For some reason Jacksonville has always played Indy very tough.
Win or lose....
true that's always been the case but Indianapolis has dominated this match-up since day 1. don't know exactly the stat but Indianapolis beats the jaguars most of the time.

Colts 35, Jaguars 31.

The winning machine keeps on rolling.

Maybe they truly can't be stopped.

They will lose in the Playoffs.

At this point there is not a team in the AFC playoff race that can't beat them.

Sorry Peyton butt-kissers, but Philip Rivers and San Diego are the team to beat in the AFC.

Agreed. The Bolts have always had Peyton Manning's number. Last time Indy was 14-0, the Bolts beat them in Indy.

Then a couple of years ago, Indy and NE were marching to a scripted AFC Championship matchup, and the Bolts beat Indy to screw it up. :)

The Bolts don't buy into Manning's antics at the line of scrimmage. They play it back at him and get into his head.

Indy may very well lose, as they are not the best team. The Chargers are clearly better, and you can make the argument for other teams too.

But if Indy loses, it won't be because a team gets into Peyton Manning's head. It will be because aside from the QB position, there are very few matchups on the field that favor the Colts.

Manning is special.

He is a great regular season quarterback.

7-8 playoff record.

It is what it is.

Don't take it out of context, I'm not saying the Colts are great (or have ever been great), I'm saying Manning is great. The Colts may not have ever had a playoff record at all if it wasn't for Peyton Manning.

Trust me, if Manning would have been hurt in the first game of the year, the Colts would not go 10-6. ;)

Peyton Manning IS the Colts.

Please. So I guess Reggie Wayne, Marvin Harrison and Edgerrin James are chumps, the Colts have always had talent on offense that surrounded Manning.

Hell, the ONLY Superbowl they won was because of the defense.

So I guess I don't get what you are saying?

And this year he DOESN'T have the talent and is still having an MVP type season. Before this year, who's heard of Pierre Garcon & Auston Collie? Peyton Manning has single handily vaulted those players into relevancy.

I agree. The Colts without Manning would be the Browns. The year that he was drafted, the Colts were awful, and he took them to respectability almost single-handed (well, with some help from Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne).

And haven't Harrison and James had wonderful seasons this year?

No Marvin Harrison, no Anthony Gonzalez, and the train rolls on. Reggie Wayne, Austin Collie and the maitre'd, Pierre Garcon, are not quite Randy Moss and Wes Welker...;)

Take Manning off the Colts and they are not 10-6. They're not very good actually. Peyton Manning is not a system quarterback. Peyton Manning IS the system.

cant argue with that! they seem to be the more complete team in the afc. but, i still say the best in the afc cannot beat the best teams in the nfc at the moment.
