New tuner code not accepted

Just bought a new tuner called Sony ht-ddw790.The receiver won't accept the code, Ive tried everything, scanned for the code it gives me 722 but the remote still wont work with it.I scanned for the code up and down and no luck also.If anyone can give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.This is the product SonyStyle.com | Component Home Theater System HT-DDW790

See if you can find a code using your TV2 remote. It should be a 6.3 IR/UHF PRO remote. If it does, report back here for further instructions.
