Has 269 lost video on anyone? I just turned it on and I get no programming video. I get all the OSG and menus, but just black on all channels except analog OTA.

Yes, after about 8 months the 811 is working as advertised!

At first "E" denied there was a problem, then they were looking at it, then they conceded that there was a problem, then they blame us for the problem and now finally they fixed the problem! Hot Dog!

It seems the damned OTA analog performance is MUCH better.

Recall from OTA Digital channels work.

My blacks seem much improved.

Colors on S-Video seem to be saturated. May need to readjust my settings.

I'm looking at a split screen s-video with the 811 side by side with the 721.

Turn off your 811 for about an hour. If the update is for all 811 receivers and you are set up for auto-upgrade you should get it. It might be rolling out slowly so if this does not work I would turn it off each night when you go to sleep and it will magically appear when your receiver is in the download range.

For me, color saturation is higher on DVI and Component. It's to the point that I now feel the need to recalibrate the set.
