New Orleans locals

Are the new orleans locals on a spot feed or a national feed? I am wondering if I could potentially receive new orleans locals in Houston, Tx (about 330 miles away)?

All locals are delivered from spot beams. I doubt that the spot beam will reach Houston.

FCC rules say that you can't watch locals outside of your local market. Both Directv & Dish Network on working on changing those rules. So the answer to your question is no you can't watch Houston, Tx locals from New Orleans.
