Im having my Hd dvr intalled on sat fed 9 i am a current directv subs any suggestions for me or for the tech? any wil do thanks

Just make sure it works before he leaves. Try recording two channels at once. If this is your first dvr, ask him to run you through it. They are amazing

I agree with the above AND make sure you talk with the installer before hand to discuss what is he/she is going to do. That way if you have any questions, comments or issues, they will know BEFORE anything has been done.
