I got a replacment Hopper 3 days ago and the icons are not yet showing up in the dvr listing, guide, etc. Is there something I can do to get them back?
I have run the check switch, reset and unplug reset. Still no icons. I have had replacements before and I know that the icons don't show up immediately but 3 days seems to be too long to wait.
I received a replacement Hopper a couple of weeks ago. There were no icons when I first activated it, but it only took about 24 hours for them to show up. Are you sure at you are receiving the nightly updates? If the icons do not populate within another couple of days, I would call Dish.
