New- Help!

Just added Direct with the NFL package and Premium service. I thougt I would get the Yankee games on Yes network but during games all I get is a 721 message that I did not pay for this service. When no games are on I get the programing. This appears all most of the major leauge game on other channels. Is there an extra cost to watch the Yankess on Yes?

Where do you live? Unless you live in the local "YES" area for that station, you wont get it. You will only get the RSN station for your area.

The NFL package does not give you MLB Games. Sorry bro.

If you do not live in New York or are out of market you will not get YES. The only way you will be able to watch them is if you sign up for MLB Extra Innings if you are out of market.

Is this happening on all your receivers or just one?

Your best bet would be to actually call in and confirm this information - if you're getting a 721, that could be one of three things; 1. Blackout 2. Not Available in your local market channel 3. Error with Receivers.

Thanks for the reply. I live in Florida now after moving here from NY. I guess I thought If I Yes I would get the games here. Now I know better. I called today and they gave me super fan free for the Sunday Ticket so I feel better.
