2 HBOs and 3 Cinemax's end of May.

I think I was happier not knowing as the bubble of hope has been burst...

That said, I've already started convincing myself that new national HD will be coming in June and will keep building unrealistic expectations. I should be ready for another major letdown in mere weeks. ;)

wish they would add more movie channels in hd like hbos, starz, showtime, cinemax, encore, tmc and epix in hd to be caught up with dish :)

I don't know where ur from but all those are in hd maybe need to check signal strength on 99 and 103

I don't know where you're from either but all of the movie channels aren't in HD. I count at least 14 of the movie channels that aren't in HD plus there are some which we don't have the SD feed of.

I believe it was in reference to being caught up with dish.. Directv is ONE HD premium channel behind Dish.. So if the channels 5 i believe launch then dish has the lead no more. A lot of people were complaining about the lack of HD premiums until now.. Now it seems they want bbc America some who program.

They are obviously hd. Problem is they are adding hd that most people don't have. Again directv just does not hear their customers.

One channel that WON'T be added is CNN Headline News (HLN - 204). After seeing on my Mom's TV that COMCAST DOES offer this channel in HD, I wrote DTV and asked how in the world COMCAST could top DirecTV -- on a station that actually mattered!?

I was told that there are no plans to add HLN to the DirectTV HD lineup anytime soon.

Not being able to see Robin Meade in glorious HD is just a loss.

What in the world gives here?
