I can see DirecTV moving this way to get 110% out of the OTA business they they were never REALLY in and place all that back onto the end user where it rightfully belongs.

Except that for most people OTA would be not nearly as good of an option if I couldn't run it through my receiver to get the guide and use the DVR...

I'm looking at a new construction installation. The customer had the HDMI cable run in the wall and ran two rg6 to a distribution box in the wrong spot in the basement. Now he is looking at one exterior cable from the wall plate to the back of the TV.

I be he will either get the wire fished or replace the H21.
