New Dish Setup w/HD

How many dishes are needed to get all the HD channels and local stations/ top 200 package for Chicago? Do I need 2 or just 1? And what localtions...

The installer is coming monday and want to make sure they have the dishes pointing at the right sats...

1 dish 1000; 110/119/129 . The Chicago hd locals are on the 129 and the sd locals are on the 110 sat.
