Lots of games on BTN recently; Michigan vs Northwestern this afternoon. To be honest, it's hard following college baseball and softball up north. The ball parks are still muddy or have snow on them in April, and the NCAA is already playing the World Series games in June. College softball and baseball needs to be played during the summer months (it is a summertime game BTW) with the playoffs taking place in September. Otherwise, it will continue to be a game played in places like Florida, Texas and Arizona. Which brings up another point...unlike hockey and basketball (which can be played in an indoor venue) baseball and softball cannot and the games should be played during the summer, to accommodate all participants, or moved to Intramural status.

Didn't play like they can and got beat again by Midland ... you want to see a mad coach watch the last inning, Meg pulled Her away from the Umps once. Odessa pounded them (Midland) the next game, listened to it via the live / PSB stream from my droid thru my Escape's aux in.

I think it would be a joke if they became an intramural sport.

It's Bedlam weekend in Oklahoma. :whoo:

19th ranked Pokes already took game one from the 13th ranked Sooners last night 4-3 from OneOK Field in Tulsa . Bedlam Softball and Baseball today on FSN. Softball at Noon from Norman followed by game 2 of the Baseball series at 2pm or so from Bricktown BallPark in OKC.

Dang the Lady Sooners can hit the ball. OU will most likely be hosting a regional, hopefully OSU and TU don't get sent to Norman. They can both win a regional, if they don't have to go through Norman.

This one's not looking good, as Sooners up 4-0 heading into the last inning. Maybe we can get the last game of the series in Stillwater tomorrow. Hope the Pokes do better in the baseball game up next.
