I also think it is an overreaction. It was no big deal, and I do not think she or AJ took it that way.
The Bowl Records
Big 12, PAC 12 and Big Ten all at .500 or below. The SEC is 3 games over .500. Also with the most wins of any conference. The ACC and Big East remarkably are above .500. What happened with the PAC, big12 and big 10? i think someone posted a link from lke Sargin or something saying the Big 12 was the best conference this year, followed by the SEC... I think the bowl records paint a very different story.

I've said why I don't care about bowl records, however if you want to go with that, no problemo.
I have no problem declaring the WAC and Conference USA as the best football conferences out there.
They play some damn good football and don't mind leaving their home stadiums for OOC games.
Lets see the other conferences put 90% of their teams in bowl games.

WAY too many Bowl Games are played, many by teams that really shouldn't be going to them.
Putting 90% of your teams in a Bowl, mean theres too many Bowls ...
They really need to have some kind of rules to decide if your Bowl eligible other than going .500.
Personally, if it were me making the call, if you play 12 games, you would need to win at least 8 to go to ANY Bowl.
