I think thats a tough choice to put Big 10 over Big 12 I think last season certainly was Big 12 #2 without question.

That was one season, and Florida showed how "good" Oklahoma really was.
Overall though, and taking in consideration all the teams in the conference, not only the top 2 or 3, I'd have to put the Big 10 over the Big 12.

Actually I've don't slam the Big 10 much. Usually only the Ohio St. excuses for not winning.
Michigan does get it's kuddos. Many SEC people gave it the good mention it deserved when it beat Florida, and didn't make excuses other than Florida played like crap. Not to mention that Michigan does play the excuse game like Ohio St. when it does lose.

Personally I rank the Big 10 second in the football conferences, between the SEC and the Big 12.

The Big East on the other hand...

That defense didn't scare anybody either. And that was supposed to be a "strength". We had 8 starters back. Enough rehashing this nightmare.
