nc locals are coming in and out?

have swm dish with 1 hd dvr . local channels are coming and going like storm or something ,but all other channels are working just find. is there a problem with nc locals tonite?

Just had the dish repeaked today and my wife and son said "it was doing it again " (pixelated and 771 searching for a little bit) but they couldn't remember the channel they were on but I am betting Fox18 in Charlotte. Checked sat signals and they were all good so I assume it was a glitch on their part this time.

Same problem here in NE Ohio. Fox8.
Only lasted about an hour or so and then cleared up.
