RAINY DAYS AND NIGHTS -- Danny (Josh Duhamel) returns home from the war to the surprise of everyone - especially Mary (Nikki Cox). As Danny tries to adjust to life at home, memories from the war plague him and his actions concern everyone around, especially Ed (James Caan), who tries to counsel him. When Danny surprises Mary with a marriage proposal, she's left questioning their relationship and the turn it's taking. Meanwhile, Ed, Mike (James Lesure) and Danny are faced with nailing down three suspicious characters who are causing mischief with their "Three Stooges"-like behavior in the casino - only to find out the men are on the government's secondary "Most Wanted List." However, when they realize that the men have in their possession a microchip transmitter, the tension and chase heat up. Elsewhere, Sam (Vanessa Marcil) and Delinda (Molly Sims) are at odds when Sam demands that Mystique be rented out for a Funeral Home Directors party, much to Sam's demise. Marsha Thomason also stars. I get this show confused sometimes with the one on FOX that's called "Casino" or "Vegas" or something, this show is actually ok, I watched it a few times last season (not in HD at the time) but didn't get into it, I think it's in it's 2nd season...Marcil is just too hot though.
On the big screen, this show is fantastic. Last year they had a shot of Molly Sims (Swimsuit Illustrated model) coming out of the water, dropped her top and turned sideways and there was a bood fully exposed on network TV; something you'd only see with a big screen ;-) and the PQ is pretty good too.
Anyone who hasn't seen it should give it a try -- hot chicks and cool action, good PQ. Even the football junkies can check it at commercials.
It looked soft in my screen. Maybe because my local affiliate is running a subchannel that is sucking the bandwith 
Gettin' screwed here in Detroit - our local NBC (WDIV) doesn't really have this whole HD deal down yet. Started off with HD video and crap sound ( no dialogue ) and a few minutes in they straightened out the audio -- by switching to stunning Standard Definition. 
With this particular show (I'm partial to Nikki Coxx myself), I think I'd rather have the HD with no dialogue!
