I love Doc, but he looks like a mercenary here. I have no hard feelings but he could of handled it much better.

I love Doc also (again, he is my favorite of the Boston coaches/manager that led their team to a championship the last decade), but I agree he could have handled it better.

Doc, Aaron Hernandez, first place baseball team and a hockey team going for another Stanley Cup.........other than that, not much going on here in Beantown.

Kobe only started 7 games his first 2 years. The Lakers knew he was not ready and was considered a raw talent. NOBODY expected Kobe to be a monster.

Since we're throwing out kudos to fans, a shout-out to my dad who was involved with in one way or the other with 17 Celtics titles over the years, and that includes a repeat and an eightpeat!

Since we're throwing out kudos to fans, a shout-out to my dad who was involved with in one way or the other with 17 Celtics titles over the years, and that includes a repeat and an eightpeat!

I was not a "fan" during my years in Chicago, I worked for them, to a certain extent(we broadcasted their games)when I was working for the old Chicago Sportschannel.

I was not rooting as fan, but as a employee....higer viewership, more ratings and more money. It qualifies me not biting the hand that feeds me, as the saying goes.
