We will see WHAT will happen when Carmelo get's back. Lin and Amare fit perfectly because he ran the pick and roll with Nash in Phoenix. 'Melo is NOT that kind of player...and pretty much has said that much by calling him "our version of Rudy"... referring to the movie.

As long as the Knicks continue to win, what else can he say??
“I had a lot of fun times (in Cleveland). ... I'm here as a Miami player and I'm happy where I am now but I don't rule (a return) out in any sense. If I decide to come back, hopefully the fans will accept me.
”
-- LeBron James on Cavs return
And there ya go... let the speculating begin....LOL!:
Make sure you turn off the light when you go Lebron...:haha
HD MM said:Told you he wasn't happy in Miami.
And just for the record, there's no way in hell Dan Gilbert let's him back on the Cavs. That bridge was burned a long time ago. Good riddance LeBoob. We've moved on. So should you!
No...you are ASSUMING he is not happy. Just like you are ASSUMING Gilbert would not take him back.
LMAO.... Can't have it both ways....
HD MM said:Sources came out a week or so ago and SAID he was unhappy. Now LeBron himself is coming out hinting at him playing for a team other than the Heat. I'm not sure how you can assume anything else. If he was completely happy, he wouldn't be having these fantasies. What if your wife came out and said, "well hunny, I wouldn't rule out divorcing you and marrying Ricardo the pool boy"! If your wife was happy, she wouldn't be thinking about Ricardo! Period!
Like I said though. Too bad. We don't want him.
LOL...Too much! Complete the rest comment... Sources said he's not happy with..... Riley's disciplinary way of running the team. THAT is what he was not happy with. Riley spelled it out to him in his courtship of Lebron, you come here because you came to work your a$$ off....it ain't gonna be like in Cleveland where you did what you wanted, when you want and how you wanted. He does not like it because he ain't running the show and management ain't kissing his a$$ like they did in Cleveland.
Now since we are talking about wives, if a "source" stated your best friend's wife was cheating on him....will you believe that source immediately, or find out for yourself?
And THAT is why you take this whole "sources" thing with a grain of salt.
Lebron is being more diplomatic because in Cleveland, he would not say much of anything when questions about leaving 1st started coming up....and that turned into a media circus. This time, is stated "you can never predict the future." Which of course, he is right.
Sticking to the subject, IF he leaves after 2 years, if he provides a couple of championships he promised... Have fun in Cleveland.
Now I don't mean it as a jab as much as the Cavs would HAVE TO give up some of their very best in a trade because he ain't coming for free.... Riley is too shrewd to let him just walk away scott free.
J.R. Smith Free Agency Rumors: New York Knicks Closing In On Deal
J.R. Smith Free Agency Rumors: New York Knicks Closing In On Deal - SB Nation New York
Two potential ball hogs for the Knicks,Carmelo Anthony & J.R. Smith. Wasn't it J.R. Smith's sister who got into an altercation with a fan in China? The Knicks seem to be doing good with neither Anthony nor Smith, why would they want to disrupt their chemistry especially with J.R. Smith. At least Carmelo knows Lin personally & is going to TRY to work with Lin,Smith doesn't know Lin & has nothing invested in Lin.
JR Smith to the Knicks.. interesting

Just when you think the New York Knicks might make the most of some unexpected luck, you hear that they're on the verge of signing guard JR Smith and you think, Now THAT'S the franchise I know and love. That's the Knicks. They have a great thing going in instant-star point guard Jeremy Lin, and they decide it would be a brilliant idea to bring in a selfish, shoot-first guard who can put up 40 points one night and five the next. What this team has been lacking over the past seven games has been inconsistency, but JR Smith should solve that problem in a hurry.
