NBA 2011-2012 PLAYOFFS

i don't need to say anything else...... :D

i stopped watching that show pretty much. between his hate for lebron and his love affair with tebow its become quite unwatchable. i'm amazed no one has broken skips legs yet :D
I think Skip Bayless is still expecting the Spurs to come back and beat OKC. :)

Hopefully Paul Pierce rejoins his team for game 7, he was MIA in game 6.

I did not understand Rondo's game either, he'd make some nice plays to get it down to a 10 point deficit, but when they had a chance to get it to single digits he'd make some bonehead play or turnover, it was maddening.

although rondo played quite well in the 1st half. so well that i found myself yelling at the TV " slow down this guy!!!" well i cleaned it up a little bit. imo rondo is a heck of point guard.

For an old man, Skip can run pretty fast....

Food for thought, according to Elias, Lebron James has the highest scoring average in NBA history for game 7s... 36 ppg.

FWIW, it is my informal statistical tally of my recollections that in close-out games won by the Celtics, the highest scorer is almost always a player on the losing team. That is likely because, when team defense is working, the other team's best pure scorer is forced to take a larger than optimal share of his team's shots.

Well...that stat did not apply last game....

But it wasn't a closeout game for "us".

Bill Russell has the most incredible record in games that are elimination for both teans... something like 21-0 or 22-0. That includes all NCAA tournament and Olympic games, as well as winning games 5 and 7 I think 8 times without a loss.

The biggest "winner" in team sports history!! Period.....end of discussion

I honestly don't have much hope for the Celtics tonight, but they've certainly proved me wrong MANY times.

I find it interesting that Rondo talked how much complaining the Heat did to the refs...and he is moaning to the refs on every possession.

It's amazing he could even talk after he took a knee to his back, and was driven into the floor. Which BTW, should have been a goaltending and one, but who's keeping score.

Or getting kicked in the face.

I feel like I've seen this play before.....

That's right I did....game 7 of the 2010 NBA Finals in LA.

Congrats to the Heat, and best of luck vs. OKC in the Finals
