I was wondering about what kind of fuel was in the truck itself. Gas or diesel. And the risk of explosion.

Isn't Jet fuel a type of Kerosene? ... I just checked my House timer and caught the replay of that incident, have to ffwd thru my Dale Jr Hotpass timer to check out what if anything it caught... (I was a supper)
The only thing I know is the crash happened during commercial break. I was just thinking,"I wonder how Montoya is doing?",& then they cut back from commercial & his car was on fire.

I thought that might be who that was, but wasn't sure. I didn't watch any of the pre-race stuff due to not being home Sunday or before the race last night.

I think NASCAR needs to be in Prime Time more.

Rumors are that Nascar is considering some weeknight primetime slots for some of the fall races, so they don't compete with football.
ESPN Sportscenter just showed a replay of Montoya hitting that jet dryer truck with the comment,"Now that's a fire."
