My HD Credit is Gone

I just got my most recent invoice on the E* website, and I was shocked to see it was $5 more than it had been. I see that the credit they gave when I upgraded from an 811 to the 211 receiver and HD Gold is gone. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.

I thought the promotion was for a $100 rebate ($10 per mo. for 10 mos.)...

I guess I didn't get that deal. It was $5/month for 10 months. Maybe the deal is different for 622 vs. 211.

I would contact Dish. The HD promotion as to the rebate is the same regardless of the receiver you upgraded to (211 or 622). The stipulation is that you must upgrade to a Metal Pak (you did that)...it doesn't stipulate which one therefore I interpret that as any metal pak! The only difference between upgrading to a 211 vs. a 622 is the initial upgrade cost; $49 vs. $199 respectively. I have been a Dish customer for 10 years, upgraded from the 811 to a 211 also (about a month ago) and qualify for the (10 X $10) rebate, I just haven't started receiving it yet; I understand that can take up to 2 months to start reflecting on the bill...

I think they get a $5.00/mo Service Charge for Giving you a Rebate, so your share is $5.00 !!

laff, I don't dish has any clue on the billing system. I have been gettin the "6 month free HD" rebate ($5) ever since I signed up for the original HD-pack and when I got my 811. just checked and I am still getting it.
