My guide goes out a lot.

Seems like every other week my guide lists 'to be announced' on half the channels or all the channels. The only way I can fix this is a receiver reset. Anyone have any ideas why this keeps on happening or a perfect fix for it?

What type of dish do you have ? 3LNB (one "eye" )or 5LNB (three "eyes")? Do you have an SWM system (one cable from the dish?)

5lnb. Sorry not sure about the SWM cable but I only have one receiver

Seeing he's only got the 1 HR21 there's a pretty good chance it's a Non SWM set up.

If you actually have a 5LNB non-SWM then you probab;ly have a line of sight issue with the 119 satellite. What are your signals on 119 (all the transponders please)?

Those are fine,TP28 carries spotbeams for locals to other cities, so low/zero signals are OK. But check the second tuner also.

Still thinking about the next thing to try.

Sounds to me like either an LNB issue, B-Bands, or the receiver itself just doesn't want to play nice anymore, last one isn't really ideal though. I'd say B-Bands or LNB.
