Motorola launched Roi in Korea: an Android 2.1 running phone looking exactly like the Nexus One (HTC Desire) with an 8 Mpix camera including Zenon flash and 720p recording abilities with mini-HDMI connector.

That is pretty cool. 720p Hi-def is just a matter of time before it is standard on portable internet devices... oh, I mean smartphones. I just forget since the feature I use least often is the actual phone.

The new HD2 with Sprint WiMax has about the same specs:
8Mpix camera, 720p video recording, mini-HDMI connector but a 4.3" LCD screen and WiMAX.

It's nice to see that the HTC+Android tandem is rolling despite lawsuits...
