More info on NFL RedZone on Dish

Right now the NFL RZ channel is showing the 49ers/Cards game.

They are calling the Denver TD, the HIGHLIGHT of THE GAME, so they are showing the clip and cutting to after game conferences and then going back to live.

That is exactly what the Direct one is showing as well. It does appear that these two channels are almost exactly the same.

It looks like the NFL RZC will stay on the air until 8:00 EDT (Clarity issue: This is what others are saying, so if they are wrong, I am only posting what they said).

This is a definite plus for the NFL RZC over the DirecTV RZC and one big difference.

BTW, just went off of the air now

NFL RZ bug is similar, is pill shaped. The set looks much smaller, its had a ton of what look like old time CRT monitors with games on them, taped feed since I saw the Packers on one, and are like you used to see in a studio control room but they are hidden by an opaque plastic partition with NFL team logos on it. Behind the host is a large flat screen with the logo. ST host looks like a nerd. NFL host looks like he is on speed, lol. The graphics are a little plainer on NFL too I think.

Off the air now...

Dish guide was saying it would be on until 8pm.

Now showing the normal "Check back often to see if your favorite team is playing in HD" screen.

NFL RZC probably goes until the end of the last game, where the DirecTV RZC probably goes until 7:00pm EDT???

Anyway, thanks for the info. Looks like both channels are pretty much exactly the same (except for when they end).

Arent the games at this time national though? What would be the point if everyone can see the game anyway?
