The red button function(pulls up menu for scores, box scores, stats, etc.) does not work for me when I am watching games on the HD feeds. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Same here as well. Interactive features only work on SD broadcast. I too have the HR20-100

Add me to the list....so is it just SD where this supposed to work or should it work with HD too....cause it ain't right now for me. I just spent the last half hour on the phone with D* asking why my red button doesn't work and they didn't have an answer. I watch HD almost exclusively. They need to fix this. BTW, I have both an HR20-100 and HR20-700 and each will show box scores on SD broadcasts only.

The red button funtions only work on the sd feeds, just like it does on Sunday Ticket.

How odd is that.....for customers to pay extra for Superfan where you should be getting everything but you can't use the best part of Superfan (HD) with interactive features.
