very cool, but I already subscribe. I love the EI package.

I get to see all games I want. I get all 3 major packages, I could drop the EI next yr as my home team is my fav team, but with the NFL and NBA packages my teams are out of market. NY here.

but anyway i love the EI so I recommend checking it out. I remember when DirecTV was having the dispute with YES Network. I called in, got the EI, actually got a great price. I think i figured it out to be like 129.99 after all discounts. But well worth the money.

yep usually the 1st week of season and 1st week after all star break

and if I understand right if there are two feeds in the guide the to one is the road teams feed and bottom is home teams?

I know it's somewhere here but I was going to catch the red sox game for a bit today and it's blacked out?

same here in Minnesota

I wish MLB EI could show the out of market fox games. With 4 games on this week we get jipp'd out of some

But yeah I already know about the contract and the rules with FOX.... ;)

Yes that would be nice. I am enjoying this free view nice to see other stadiums and hear announcers like vin scully

When thats a 60" ipad, let me know ....

At least I have the option. 10 inch choice between 4 games is better than just being able to see one local 60 inch game, which I can still see anyway.

Curious, can you adapt it to work on your TV ?
Yep. With a VGA or DVI adapter. I have done this before at the gym. I connected my iPhone to the TV on the elliptical machine with the VGA adapter and connected my iPad to my TV with a DVI adapter. The PQ is not as good since it is being upscaled

Had since the start of the season. Always have at something to watch when the local team isn't playing. This is one of the reasons we came back to DirecTV.(never ever should have left though)

The KNOW HOW is the critical stuff here !

The key is to find the proper stands. ;)

A box and a pile of magazines are best. :D

I still don't know why I could not watch the Yankee Game on Friday. Here we have Free MLB Free Trial, but YES is not showing it. The MLB network is showing it, but I get stuck with the Red Sox/Tampa Bay Game and not the Yankees/Toronto game. Why? My home team is Cincinnati.. So there are no blackout issues that would be a problem.

Why couldn't I choose to watch the game I wanted? Point being, so even if I did sub to MLBEI to watch my favorite team on a Friday night I still would not have been able to. I thought the whole idea of getting a subscription is to watch your favorite team, and this was not a blackout issue. Seems the MLB has this screwed this up IMO, glad I am not paying for MLBEI... Another thing that makes no sense. What is the point of blacking out replays of the game? The game already has been played...
