Some people refer to this as crushing blacks....I had to turn off my display's autoblack setting on P280, blacks did start to crush...In P269 they adjusted the brightness and my LCD pretty much ended up washing out. LCD and DLP's appear to be a bit more sensitive to changes in these settings. There were no picture setting adjustments listed in the release note for P281, however like I mentioned P269 and P280 did make adjustments.
P282 is going to spool in the next couple weeks, I don't see any picture corrections listed for that rev either...
