As I posted, locals availability is based on zip code/county. If the spot beam does not cover the complete zip code/county, then everyone gets their locals removed because of the system support issue, DirecTv can't continually be sending techs to sort out issues where people don't get their signal properly.
I assume you will not be happy getting the DNS networks, you have to have locals??

There is a DMA line change that was made in Souix falls I dont know all the specifics on it . just some are with out locals
