Losing Audio on both Outputs 622

Is anyone else having any kind of issue where their 622 just stops outputing audio streams? It does it on both outputs 1 and 2 simultaneously. Video is unaffected, but audio just completely cuts out and only way to get it back is a front panel reset. This was not an issue until yesterday.......anything thing to do with the new software possibly?

I've had my non-refurb 722 stop outputting sound to the TV (HDMI problem?), which can be cured by changing the channel and back. I don't have a pattern to it yet but it has been there for at least a month. As I run in single mode, I don't know if the 2 outputs are different but will look at the optical output the next (hope not) time. Also check if power off and on works as that is a lot better than a reboot.
