Thanks! On a related note, will the local channels be viewable on the Joey 2.0 when using the OTA module on the Hopper?
How many channels can you record at one time with the OTA USB Adapter?
Just one OTA channel at a time with the original adapter, which only had a single OTA tuner. Even though the new adapter is a "dual-tuner" model, it will also, initially, only record one OTA channel at a time. They are supposed to be releasing an new software update in the spring/summer timeframe that will activate the second of the two OTA tuners in the new adapter, after which you'll be able to record two OTA channels at the same time.
Thanks. So this wouldn't be able to really replace the Locals you get from the Satellite then, since if there are 4 shows you want to record on the different local channels at the same time. Bummer...

Has anyone ordered on from dish depot?
I'm really tempted to order but I'm waiting for dual tuner functionality. I also don't know if the ota recording issues with the hopper 3 have been fixed.Has anyone ordered on from dish depot?
for one reason you cannot save the channels after u get done scanning the channels in using your antenna i wish someone would bring that feature backI'm really tempted to order but I'm waiting for dual tuner functionality. Sent from my Nexus 6P using the SatelliteGuys app!

That is fixed (I think). You no longer have to save them - it auto-saves as you exit the menu/screen.for one reason you cannot save the channels after u get done scanning the channels in using your antenna i wish someone would bring that feature back
but the problem is you have to select all the ota channels instead of click on the ones you want and then saving themThat is fixed (I think). You no longer have to save them - it auto-saves as you exit the menu/screen.
Nope. You can check the ones you don't want, and delete them before you exit. I got rid of several.but the problem is you have to select all the ota channels instead of click on the ones you want and then saving them
Awesome, good to know! They have been. OTA Recording on the H3 works fine now!
could the adding additional ota channels after a full scan has been done be something they address with dual tuner software update?for one reason you cannot save the channels after u get done scanning the channels in using your antenna i wish someone would bring that feature back
