You don't lose the guide if you use the OTA module.

YES.! I got that software and I can confirm I can record two ota channels at the same time. So when they said May 29th for the software they really meant June 29th.

It work on HWS if you fire update it to U235. The current software is U234 so the update is only to enable support for the dual tuner OTA.
