Local Channel Outages

I am new to the forum. I live in the Raleigh, NC area, and we currently lost our local CBS and Fox on Dish Network. Luckily, I have an antenna to pick up the local stations. Does anyone know where I can find a list of stations across the US that is in dispute with Dish or other providers?
