Pardon me if this has been discussed here before...I'm rather new and have just spent the last 45 minutes looking for a relevant discussion but haven't found one.
I understand that local channel eligibility works on your zip code. Dish will, I assume, be adding channels in my local market (Salisbury MD) after whatever dispute they are having with WBOC is resolved. I pull in all these channels, plus some that Dish doesn't plan to offer (and in HD which Dish will not be offering) using an RCA antenna that clips on to my satellite dish.
What I am really interested is getting the channels in the Philadelphia market. I live exactly one zip code south of where the Philadelphia market starts. So here's my question: for the purpose of local channel eligibility, do they base it on the zip code where the installation is located, or on the billing address? If I go to the Milford, DE post office and get a PO box, which I make my Dish billing address, would I be eligible for the Philly locals?
Thanks for any info.
