I receieve my local channels from Dish in Amarillo, Texas and there is a specfic independent channel that I want that Dish currently does not have and on their website it says that they are offering the channel free to dish network my question is how do I get Dish to get in contact with this specfic channel and see if they would be willing to work something out?

Thanks

Don't even bother to waste your time, if the channel was available Free to Dish, it would be available if Dish feels there is a significant number of viewers who will watch it.

The best thing you can hope for is for must carry to kick in if its a high power station and then Dish must carry it.

If its low power, forget it!

I was fighting this battle with Dish for a local LP channel to no avail. Dish has all the full power channels in the area up already. They will only carry LP or digital sub channels if they are forced to in order to carry a major network. Even they Dish will balk!

See ya
