Limited sight help needed

Just got DN yesterday so I'm a newbie here. Mom is partially sighted so she's having a problem with the remote. Is there a big button remote that would work? Only need a limited amount of channels so even a channel up & down would work. But need an easy way to get to the point where it would work. The amount of useless and uninteresting channels are frustrating. It would be nice to just turn on the TV and just scroll up and down 20 or so channels. Thank you for reading, George

There is a basic remote for $20.00. It has big buttons on it. The new one is better than the old style one but it depends on the model of receiver you have it is only IR for IR only receivers or atleast 1tv receivers but it will work on a 612 too.

Yes there are big button remotes that will work then all you have to do is set up a favorite list of all the channels she watches. Very simple.

many receivers have a large font option, that may help
