Last and Next 3D Movie

I thought the regular version of An Unexpected Journey was slow enough. How was it?

Last: Need for Speed 3D (Region B)

This is one movie that benefits from 3D. Great depth and effects. Audio was really good, but could have been a touch better. Clean audio and effects though. Movie itself was just so-so.

Next: Rio 3D

Had to drive over 70 miles one way to do it, but we saw Guardians of the Galaxy in Real3D tonight ... missed it all the way around when it was here, well worth the trip.
Another must have when it comes out on Blu-Ray, good effects, hilarious movie.

Close to the Edge 3D

Interesting! I want to do a more northerly route this January, weather permitting, going from San Antonio to San Angelo and up to Roswell then up to Albuquerque. When I passed through Roswell last April I was fascinated by all the space alien nonsense through the main drag. Want to look for some alien souvenirs, like an alien skull lamp base that lights up for my Home Theater. I'm sure I will find something like that there. :D. I may, once again try to stop at the Caverns and repeat the tour on the way home. I do want to avoid El Paso as that route runs through all the border checkpoints which is a pain.

I just received Arch Obers The Buble from 1966 and it the best out of screen tjat I have ever seen outside of some IMAX 3D films. The movie is not very good but worth renting for the out of screen effects.
The 1953 musical Kiss Me Kate will be released in early2015.

Well done movie. 3D was pretty good. Lots of depth. Great audio.
