I wonder if 2.92 had anything to do with the severe frame tears and audio skips I noticed this morning. Hoping it was just the weather.

I'd reboot the receiver after 2.92 downloads .

Just FYI, the final stage of firmware installation is a soft reset so the receiver boots the new firmware.

That's definitely true. Maybe it's all psychological but there were a couple of firmware updates where, for me anyway, it seemed like it took the 2nd or 3rd reboot for it to stabilize.
