Keeping FREE HD For Life if I switch packages

I am sure a lot of you maybe in the same boat as me. I signed up for DTV about 11 months ago with CHOICE XTRA. Now my intro 12 month $24/ 5$ rebates are about to end. I was thinking of switching to the Family Package or the Select Package to save some money. Anyone know what will happen to my Free HD for Life credit if I switch? Adding $31 dollars a month to my bill is a little much (I have a $2 price guarantee that goes away also) Any help would be appreciated.

I know in another thread (I want to say the sticky with select package channels) that someone did keep that and switched to Select.
Family has very few channels in HD

Free D and wither you can downgrade depends on when you signed up as you are limited by the terms of that time. If you did it when premier was the only way to get free hd then you will loose it . It is something you should call us about.
