Joey runs guide no problem. When channel is selected, screen is blue. All cables checked and reboot conducted. Occasionally the TV will show programming but will revert back to blue screen in short order.

That sounds like a TV or HDMI Cable issue

Do you also lose program audio when the screen goes blue? Does it happen on the HOPR Channel 103?

When the guide is up, do you have a picture in the upper right hand corner or is it blue, too?
