Sports networks using an HD logo on SD broadcasts and seeing HDnet fights on the SD PPV events channel??? WOW! I can't wait to order!!!!!!! Can we confuse even MORE people thinking they are watching a baseball game in HD when they are watching in SD?

Sure. The announcers can constantly talk about how great the "HD" picture is. Some people will believe them over their own eyes.

Most HDTV owners don't watch HD on their tvs and a full 36% last year did not even know they were not.

Many more people believe a dvd played on an upscaling dvd player is hd also.

Most true HD viewers know what they are watching, be it SD or HD. My eyes do not depend on the logo to tell me if its HD or not.
