Is this right?

I live in Louisiana and just recently added a new HD DVR and when setting up the receiver and this is the message it gave me when checking sats. Is this right ?

There's a bunch of variables here...

What receiver did you have there before, was it an HD? Were all of your HD channels coming in? Is the new HD-DVR a HR-22? Do you have a Ka/Ku dish installed? Did you install the BBCs on the HD-DVR? If yes on all counts, I would normally say the dish is out of alignment, BUT the HR-22 is a huge pain in the ass right now. I have them all of the time failing the satellite checks when I know that the signal is there. Try resetting the receiver a couple of times, that may work. Also, has it downloaded the newest software, that helps sometimes too.
