it not working at least for us here in phoenix and when we call dish is busy any idea's i am missing my tv shows any can help it whould be nice we also had a storm but it want out before it hit us so it not that but the reviver power is still on and he get like a handfull of channells any help please do?

Contact you local installing dealer you may have a problem with your system, all of DISH definitely isn't down.
