It sounds like the biggest problem that everyone is having with their installs is the hopper not downloading correctly and the Joeys bing connected at the wrong times.

All technicians should have this info but just in case I am posting it here. Makes sure that all techs no this before they install your system.

I think you can do it in Paint or Windows Photo Viewer.

Sherrman,

With 2-Hoppers, do you power them both up at about the same time, or wait for the second one until the first one is completely up and running?

With mine I got the first Hopper plugged in and taking the download then I started to get the second Hopper going. It took me a bit so I'm not sure if the first Hopper was already done downloading by the time I plugged in the second Hopper. The more I think about it, the first Hopper was probably to the point of activation by the time I started downloading the second Hopper.
