Do I need a solo hub on my RV installation?

I’m trying to get a Hopper3 with Sling installed in my RV wired to a Winegard Trav’ler SK-1000. I’ve seen wiring diagrams, but all were more complex than my application. However, all seem clear from the dish down to the receiver side of the power inserter.

Details:
Trav’ler mfd. 5-18-17 and unmodified - no hybrid LNB
Using DPH42 and power inserter.
No receivers other than the Hopper will be installed.

Question:
Do I need a solo hub?
Anything else I should have asked or should know?

Thanks in advance for any advice for this newbie.

I would say you'd be OK without it

Success!

It actually turned out to be much simpler than what I was experiencing.

For the benefit of others planning the same mod...
  1. Added the DPH42 on the roof
  2. Removed the single coax (feeding the interior) from the turret and connected it port 1 of the DPH42.
  3. Ran 3 coax jumpers from ports 1,2,3 on the DPH42 to ports A,B,C respectively on the turret.
  4. Capped all unused ports.
  5. Installed the power inserter inline below.
  6. Plugged in the PI.
  7. Did not install the solo hub, as recommended above.
  8. Connected the H3 and powered up.
  9. Rebooted the H3, but was still showing switch as Hybrid Triple WA.2, from earlier H3 installation location after Diagnostics/Dish/Test installation.
  10. Rebooted once or twice more and testing installation finally recognized the DPH42 and everything worked fine.
Had I taken the time in the first place for the multiple reboots and tests, this changeover would have been quick and seamless.

Thanks to those who responded!
