WTF is a "MiniWatchdog"? There's alot of things in that list I don't get but that one is close to the top so I figured I ask about it.

I did search. Came up with one thread from 7 months ago with the same question. The answers were uncertain and guessing. I thought maybe in the 7 months since then someone might have figured out what it means. It doesnt even matter anyway, I was just curious.
